I’m out of the country and my phone was stolen.
I’m trying to have a replacement SIM sent to my home, so I can get connected when I return. Tried using the “chat” but the bot just talks in circles (thanks Ada, great job). The closest I got to a sim replacement request was getting a callback - but it can only call back my existing phone number, which I of course don’t have access to.
The FAQ’s say to just pop into one of their stores for a replacement SIM, but I won’t be able to do that until 2 weeks after my arrival in Canada.
Further complicating the issue, ArriveCAN will want a working telephone number to reach me at to ensure I’m obeying the 2 week quarantine rule.
So…. What’s next?
