Hello!

I open an account four years ago for my son (he was 14 years old at that time)

I should open it under my name.

Now he is over 18, hoe I can give it to him this account? change user name, billing method, etc.

Thanks in advance.

Shawn.

You will likely need to schedule a callback (ideally you will both be together so you can both chat on the phone.

Note that there is a Transfer of ownership cost of $10

Normally you need to visit a store with 2 pieces of ID and transfer the account. You can try to contact Koodo through Facebook or Twitter private messenger and request they do it online, since you can’t visit any store right now.

The process is called “Transfer of Ownership” and will result in him becoming fully responsible for the account including access to self-serve to manage it from his email address.
