How to get help without messenger

I would like to dispute a US roaming charge because I was not in the US but I don’t want to download messenger app. How else can I contact Koodo?

Nov 15/23 charged $14 for US roaming. I was in Windsor ON which is obviously close to Detroit but I never crossed the border

@Mr Wolf you need to wait until the Easy Roam charge is officially on your detailed pdf ebill.  The rep is asking that once your detailed pdf ebill is generated with the Easy Roam charge, to reply back to this post or to create another new post.  There is nothing they can do now until the bill is generated first.

Ok I saw the charge while checking usage so I thought it would be better and easier to remove it before it was actually billed on a statement
