How to drop the warranty through self serve? I get an error every time.

I have been using Self Serve to remove the extended warranty through add/drop monthly add-ons. I treid many times, but every time I get an error saying "An error has occurred. Please refresh the page or try again later.". How can I drop the warranty without having to call the helpline and pay extra fees?

You can't cancel it online. You have to call in. Because you can not do it yourself, there are no fees to have a rep help you.

The extended warranty can only be removed by calling Koodo at *611. There will be no charge for this service.
Thanks guys. I'm just not sure because if you see the link: https://www.koodomobile.com/contact-us it says that add/drop costs 10$ to do. Are you sure dropping the warranty doesn't cost anything?

They are sure and correct 🙂
Because you can't do it thorough self serve, they won't charge you. 

If you CAN do changes  through self serve,but still want CS to do it for you, then they will charge you.
