How to cancel an existing account but leaving the second account active


I have two Koodo accounts, and I would like to cancel one but keep the second. Can I cancel the first account on my own using self-serve (I looked everywhere on the self-serve page but didn't see anything related to leaving an account after my cellphone was paid for), or do I have to speak to a human? Will I be charged a fee for speaking to a human to cancel my first account?

Hi Joan You will have to call in to speak with an agent to cancel one subscriber on your account. You won't be charged. 1.866.995.6636 from a landline or *611 from the other cell.
