How do I unsuspend my previously lost phone online, the "mobile phone" tab is not there!?


I had to suspend my account because my phone was stolen. I now have it back, and apparently I can reinstate my account online, by going to lost/stolen phones, then clicking on the "mobile phone" tab, etc....Problem is, there is no "mobile phone" tab. I can't seem to figure this out! and I need my phone on before 9am when the office opens HELP!!!

Never unsuspended the device online so call them at 1-866-995-6636 from another phone, #5, and they will restore your account (free call)
