How do I set up the "Manager Role" for my account?

I need to add a "Manager Role" to my account, but I can't seem to see where I can add that person. Can anyone help?

Do you mean giving a user "level 1 authorization" on your account?
Yes, I guess so. I have a phone that is actually paid by my company, but I'm the owner. But the company needs access to pay the bill, thus the "Manager Role"

With Rogers you just call in and request to add someone with Level 1 Authorization access, I'd imagine Koodo would be similar....
There must be a way to do it online, as Koodo is the king of self-help

Hi Mark, you should indeed be able to do it online! Log in your Self Serve account and click on "Role Management" then click on the "Send invite for access" link. If you can't find it, give us a call at *611 from your cell, option #5, and we'll be able to help 🙂

If your not going to fix the issue on the website then change your information accordingly and inform your employees because its bad form to waste the customers time with misinformation.

It's also never been there for me. Yannick, maybe you should let the self-serve team know.

It's not there for me either. Strange that Koodo wants to create a self-serve environment, but they still encourage you to call them at times.
