How do I receive confirmation code for the online purchase of a new phone from Koodo if my previous phone is dead?

My Koodo phone has died.  I want to order a new one on the Koodo site, but it wants to send a confirmation code via text to my phone, which of course, is still dead.  Help!

You'll have to send a private message to Koodo via Facebook messenger or dm via Twitter to get it sorted out or try a callback with another number.

Hi @Jason P.! For security reasons, the verification code can only be sent to your phone number, but if your current phone is dead, you can shortly insert your SIM card into another phone while placing the order for a new phone on http://koodomobile.com/phones.
