How do I reactivate my phone?

Hi all,


For the life of me, I can’t seem to find where to go on my account to reactivate my phone? I found my ‘lost’ phone today, but can someone direct me to help with reactivation, please?

I assumed you are a postpaid customer and reported your lost phone with your selfserve. If so, you could follow Koodo guide to reactivate it here https://www.koodomobile.com/en/help/reporting-your-lost-or-stolen-phone
