How do I get a realtime (or close) usage report for calls on a Motorola W385? Thanks. (New Brunswick location).

You go under billing in self serve and there should be something that says airtime usage. 🙂

You can check your usage through your self selve. Or you can install Koodo App to do it 🙂 http://help.koodomobile.com/self-serve/self-serve-app/how-do-i-download-and-install-the-koodo-self-serve-app Airtime and data usages within Canada is normally updated within 60 minutes (It could take longer and all usage amounts are approximate)

The Motorola W385 is a CDMA flip phone. It can't use the app, nor would it barely use any data.

You can't get real time updates. You can get updated usage reports every 1-2 hours. Edit: Actually, since it's calls you're asking about, you have to wait for your bill to come out to review the call logs. Beyond that, check Self Serve for your remaining airtime usage amount.

Is mentions a *611 option to call from the phone. Would that work?

I can't view my usage through self-serve since it's not available for NB residents. Trying to stay within my anytime minutes. Can't do that if I don't know where I"m at for minutes. 🙂

I read a previous post, that you would have to call 611 and have a rep tell you your usage.

Oh right, I forgot for NB residents, the usage itself isn't available in Self Serve.
