how do i cancel a move number request

I think you'd need to call the provider you're porting from and ask them to deny the move. If that's even possible. Can you give more detail?

Did you request the move at a 3rd party retailer or a Koodo kiosk? You might have better luck at a 3rd party retailer since they should deal with many carriers and hopefully they deal with both Koodo and your other carrier. Either way, it's extremely difficult canceling a port. If anything, it's best to let the port continue. And after a month, port back
