The secure email contact option seems to be broken. I get to the point where the next page would be https://www-pr-a.koodomobile.com/sso/UI/Login?realm=koodo&goto=https%3A%2F%2Fsecure.koodomobile.com
....... but there, I get an error message. Is this a known issue? When is it going to be fixed? I need to contact Koodo in a time-sensitive matter pertaining to my account. It is not a question I could ask here. I am currently unable to speak, and I don't have a TTY device to my disposal at this time. My previous attempts using a normal email address were always met with the answer that they can't discuss account details over email. Will the secure email channel be fixed soon?
