On the June 16th, my home phone hub died all the sudden. It would not make/receive call, so I called the koodo support and they told me that I have to bring it to the store to examine. I went to the store on the 17th and the store people said the hub needs to send for repair, but they cannot give me a temporary unit. I asked how long it will take and they said it will only take a week to repair, so I was under the impression that it would be quick and was ok to have no home phone for a week. I logged on self serve on the 26th and checked the status and it is showing the ETA as July 7th. I can't work without the home phone for 3 weeks!!! If it would take that long, why wouldn't the store people give me a temporary unit? I hope someone can look into it and help me out. Btw, I also tried to contact the koodo support via email and waited 48 hours , but did not receive a response either.
