Help Linking Old Account to New Account

I need help linking accounts to register for self serve. I was previous a Koodo customer, and entered all the necessary information to link accounts. Am I supposed to receive an email or something? I need to pay my bill, and it's been a few hours. Please help!

Even if you were a previous customer, make sure you're putting your new account number in when registering for self serve. After you're done registering, you should get an email asking you to verify your email address. Open the link in the email and you should have access to your account 🙂
Thanks, but the problem is that I haven't received an email after entering my account number. I'll email Koodo and see what they say.

" I was previous a Koodo customer" So that means you are already canceled your account... How long ago was it? You can call Koodo and ask them about your outstanding bill, too 🙂 1-866-995-6636 or 647-788-4337 Add : I re-read this again.. and you have a new account. You can still call customer service to set up/fix your self serve account 🙂
