Having trouble with self service site ....

Good evening! I Have attempted to register and log in on line four times tonight...Your application "freezes" & I am unable to do so... and we cannot hook up to our wifi connection at home...there is no prompt to ask for a password to connect.... Please advise alternate processes... Thank you! Emily Morash

Hey Emily, for registering a self serve account, I highly recommend that you do so through a computer with a web browser(Internet 7+ or FireFox 3+). You'll have increased success this way 🙂.
