Haven't received activation email to set up Self Serve

Hello all, I received an email that my postpaid SIM was shipped yesterday but I haven’t received the email to set up self serve yet. I thought it was supposed to arrive at the same time as the shipping confirmation? Anyone know when it usually gets to my inbox? My order number is HFO31871291. Thanks!

It should come about the same time they expect your sim to arrive. Sometimes they do it when it ships or may be a few days after the sim arrives.


I wouldn't be too concerned. 

When you get your sim, just put it in your phone to see if it connects to the network. If it does then the self serve confirmation email should have already arrived. 

There is no rush is getting your self serve setup u til you have the sim in hand.
