got a new line and can't login

Just got a my first line with Koodo and got an email but can't login. Says my user name is not valid.

Did you make sure to register for self-serve using these steps: https://secure.koodomobile.com/account/Registration.portal
same problem...and it don't work even following the steps, and get directed via email account,  it says invalid login...

Hello Adeeba! Were you able to access your Self-Serve account? Have you tried deleting your cache/cookies? It should help! Keep us posted!
