Former PC Mobile Self Serve

I’m a legacy customer that came over from PC Mobile in 2018. We have a different self service portal than standard koodo customers, which I don’t think has access to the all of the same phone plans. How do I get moved to the standard self serve portal? Do I need to request a call back and change plans?

My current plan is 4GB, and I’m looking to get on the 10GB+5GB bonus promo.

As a pc mobile/koodo customer you are considered to be with a separate company still.

You will need to sign up with Koodo and port your number over to get any new Koodo deal.

Thanks Allan. I gave Koodo a call and they basically had to set me up as a new customer. It took awhile but at least I was eligible for the 10GB plan as a pseudo-new customer. (note that I was wrong in my original post regarding the current $50 promo plan, it’s 5GB+5GB bonus for 10GB total)
