Forgot which email I Linked to my Account When it was Already another Email


I forgot which email I used for koodo so I tried two (the second being the correct one) and now I am receiving the below message when I try to create my self serve account:

"You're still waiting to be approved Looks like this account has already been linked to another email address. You're still waiting for permission from the owner of that email address. We'll email you once you're approved."

I received an activation email and followed the instructions in the appropriate email once I remembered but it doesn't help.

The email address that you received the activation email should be the one to use with Koodo.

If you saw that message, you need someone from Koodo to reset it for you. You can send message to their facebook (https://www.facebook.com/Koodo) or setup a callback through their digital assistant.
You'll have to contact Koodo to reset your self serve account. You can request a callback through the assistant or message them on Facebook or Twitter.
