what to do if i forgot my password for accessing voicemail - samsung

If you log into Self Serve, you can reset it there. It's under the Plans and add-ons section. If you're having difficulty, then call customer service using *611 from your Koodo phone or the recommended option of using another line so you can see what you're doing on your cell, use 1-866-995-6636.
did that and all seemed ok, but when i logged in with the temp password provided, it said 'you cannot login in because someone else is logged onto your system" ???

So your voicemail work now, but you have a difficulty to login your self serve? If you have a land line, friends or family members phone, use it and call at 1-866-995-6636. They will fix your self serve account set up 🙂
