I cant set up my self serve account through the validation email even I copied the link in a new window! I want to change my plan. And I call *611 more than 10 times during morning, afternoon and evenings but they never answer. I even try to leave a message and email. But they didnt reply and help me to set up the account!!! What can I do? Now I even want to cancel the plan. The service really make me feel so upsad!
