Feel really bad about the service


I cant set up my self serve account through the validation email even I copied the link in a new window! I want to change my plan. And I call *611 more than 10 times during morning, afternoon and evenings but they never answer. I even try to leave a message and email. But they didnt reply and help me to set up the account!!! What can I do? Now I even want to cancel the plan. The service really make me feel so upsad!

Can you go back to your place of purchase?
He asked me to call *611 and said nothing he can do.

@Stella I see that your self serve account was reset just a few hours ago. It's set up now. You already validated. You should be able to log in with your gmail address.

Got the same proplem, i just buy a prepaid card of 50$ and when i dial *611 it doesnt work. When i try to log in on the website, same result.

The same reason there are always loved in stores in boxing day; a very high volume of calls and only so many agents available to handle them.
