Existing SIM card and Account want to transfer to a new SIM because my new phone takes a different size.


I already have a existing phone with a working Koodo sim card in it, and I am trying to transfer that to my newly purchased Koodo sim card but am having trouble finding out where to activate my sim card. I already have a Koodo Account as well. The old SIM does not fit into my new phone.

Hours of operation (local time):

Monday − Friday: 9am - 9pm
Saturday, Sunday: 9am - 7pm
