Everytime I try to sign into myaccount, the website asks for my new email addressa


I just created my self-serve account today and every time I try to go into my account it asks for my new email. I re-enter my email then try again but it keeps doing it. I am using my iPad.

Have you tried logging on via the Koodo app? Or is that what your trying to use to log in?
