Error Verification Code

I already a Koodo customer for years. But I currently lost my SIM card and I just purchased a new SIM card to do a SIM swap by myself. I was working through the process and choose to receive the verification code by e-mail but they said ‘MY EMAIL MUST BE ACTIVATE FOR 48 HOURS’ and I can’t receive the code by text (bc obviously I don’t even have any SIM card at this point)

I scheduled a call back, the rep transfered me to another rep but then they cut off my call in between and there’s no way that I can call back to them. And I have to reschedule and wait until the next day. I came to their booth but the rep there is not very helpful as well.

What should I do in this situation?

Has your email been active on the account for more than 48 hours?

Did they call you back after the call got cut off or have you still not been helped with this?
