Error message when trying to move my number


I'm trying to move my Telus number over to Koodo. When I was at the store yesterday I was given step by step instructions and opted to do it on my own today. I have been randomly trying for the last 6 hours or so and I keep getting this message. "Unfortunately, we are not able to process your request at this time. Please try again later." I was just wondering if this message appears often with Koodo ... and if so how long does this message normally last for? Thank you in advance!

Try clearing the cache and cookies in your browser and trying again.. Also try using Firefox or Internet Explorer.
