A few more details of your issue would help. Which plan are you trying to select?

I am trying to end seasonal hold, go to view plans and get an error, there is an issue and they're working on it…

I had unlimited nationwide and 10gb before.

They require to pick in market plan when you came back to Canada and end the seasonal hold.

You won't be  able to get same plan unless it's still available currently.

It doesn't give me any option to pick any plan

What kind of error message?

You mentioned that "they are working on it". Did you contact them through FB already?  If so, they will contact you when issue was fixed.

You can try to clearing browsing history and/or using different browsers to try to change your plan again too

I am also trying to end seasonal hold but every time I try through self serve all the plans show but are grayed out and I’m not able to select any of them?
