Email password recovery process saying invalid email/user name.


I got email before from koodo at my email, now it says invalid. Ugh, and now it's locked me out? Wow, glitches are b*tches, but come on. Do I have to go to a home line just to solve something that never should have happened?

Did you actually register for Self Serve first, before trying to login?
Not sure. If there's another way besides *611 online then I must have. Im near the end of my minutes and want to know how many I got. Ive done it before online where it shows all my account info, but I have to assume this was the way to see my account activity such as booster use, and base plan etc
Basically, had access before to my account info. Need to know how to now. Thanks

Ok if you had access before then you have registered. You best bet right now is to call *611. However it is a free call on your Koodo cell
