I just got a new Koodo account and my email says that it’s linked to another account and requires approval but I have no emails about giving approval. Help!! Very frustrated.

If you cannot find any emails in your junk folder either, you can go to koodo.com/chat and try saying that you cannot access self-serve. It should give you prompts to reset and try again with a new email sent. LEt us know if it doesn’t work.
Yeah I tried that, the chat was useless for my issue

You need to provide some more context with your statements or I will just ask you to do the same steps above again.

I got a new phone new sim and everything is working. But when I want to log in selfe serve ,they say wait for account approval.
I have reset the password , still the same message : wait for approval.
I tried also the kodoo chat assistant and no succes.
Please help.
