Email id needs to be updated


Due to incorrect email id updated in the system i was not able to login to Self service

You'll need to contact Koodo directly by sending them a Private message to their FB page or Twitter account where they can verify your account and further assist you on getting into your account. They will ask you your security questions and should be able to fix the email address for you.
