I can offer some suggestions to help you work around this situation:

  1. Clear browser cache and cookies: Sometimes, clearing your browser's cache and cookies can resolve website-related issues. Try clearing the cache and cookies of the browser you're using to access the Koodo self-serve website. Then, attempt the SIM card change process again to see if the pop-up notification persists.

  2. Try a different browser or device: If clearing the cache and cookies doesn't work, try accessing the Koodo self-serve website using a different browser or device. Sometimes, compatibility issues can arise, and using an alternative browser or device may provide a different result.

If these won’t work, I will flag a rep for you.

They only charge you for service request that you can do it yourself in self-serve. If you had issue with SIM change, there shouldn't be any fee if the error was from Koodo self-serve.

Regarding the SIM change, are you a prepaid or postpaid customer? If your current phone was misplaced, you might have to schedule a call back from them or visit a Koodo kiosk to get a different sim.

I bought a factory restored iPhone 8 from mobile Klinic my old Samsung I had bought from Koodo had been lost and it could be anywhere I tried logging into Google to check find my device but there was no response or whatever I’m guessing the battery is dead but I had send last location once the battery gets to 5 percent so it’s strange I couldn’t even find its last location the electronic internet world has been treating me like some type or kind of maniac I’m not too happy with it anyways I’ll do what you said and clear the cache and all other types of data from the internet browser im using btw in using safari and I can’t begin creating a apple account until i have my number up and working on the new SIM card on my new phone so yeah I’ll get back to you in 5

Since you are unable to get the verification code from your email address, did you try scheduling a callback through Koodo Assist to speak with a rep? You can download an app that can make or receive calls, such as Fongo, and schedule a callback to that number instead. https://Koo.do/Chat
