email address not recognized


I just got the phone and service yesterday, and received a welcome email from Koodo. When I kick on the self-service tab and fill in my email address, it is not recognized. Is there a lag time or what?

Hi, Donna First of all, make sure that you are on the correct website. There is a website for Self-Serve and Prepaid Self-Serve which are different. Make sure you are putting in the correct email in the correct website because if you go to the wrong website, the system will not be able to recognize your email address:) Hope this helps:)
