E-Bills won't download or open


Is there a reason I cannot open my E-Bill's. I keep getting a message that tells me the download through the email cannot be opened and yet if I go directly to the account I still cannot open my bills.

Hey Linda, I suggest to log into your Self Serve from a laptop or a desktop computer and download the latest version of Internet Explorer (http://koo.do/13tdkOY) or Mozilla Firefox (http://koo.do/ZmG6R4) If you were already using one of these two, make sure that your browser is up to date, clear the cache, close the browser and reopen it. To check your Ebill, please follow the steps below: 1) Log into your Self Serve and click on ‘’Billing’’ 2) Click on ‘’Ebill’’ 3) Click on the invoice date to download and/or open it. Please note that downloading content might be restricted by the administrator on some networks (at work, public libraries…etc.) Let us know if you still need help 🙂
