Double usage and data offer

Hi there.. i took koodo 40$ plan last month where I got 200MB data + 200 min airtime. Within a month, now you are offering docubkle data plus m,inutes time. Is there any possible way for me to switch to double plan as I'm just one month old customer

Of course. Log into Your Self Serve and change the plan there. If you are unable to do that, call Koodo to have it done for you.

Of course. Log into Your Self Serve and change the plan there. If you are unable to do that, call...Make sure to tell them you haven't been able to change it online ans this is why you're calling! Like this you'l get no extra charge!

One of the best things with Koodo is that, if you want to, you can change your plan every month (once per billing cycle).... sans Tab restrictions of course
