Did ask for Self-Serve Switch, was made anyway


I just got an email thanking me for switching to Koodo Self-Serve and I did nothing of the sort. How can I revert back to the monthly billing arrangement that I had previously? Its disappointing that a company that's given me excellent service for 5 years would just switch me over to a new billing plan without consulting me.
