Data not working

I got a pop up on my phone this morning saying that my data (LTE) isn't working and that I should contact my carrier. Does anybody know if it's possible there's an issue on Koodo’s side (ex: network down) or should I just contact them ASAP?

Try restarting the phone first

Data works fine here. If a phone restart doesn't work, only then I would contact Koodo.

My data is not working as well, restarting not helping either.
