Data block


Hi, I removed the datablock on my daughters line on Sunday and it has still not been put back on.  Any idea how long this should take?

Hi Robyn, Try restarting the device... Also make sure that data in enabled on the device in the settings menu on the phone. If those also don't work then double check that your APN settings are set to Koodo's in the settings menu.
How long does it usually take?  It still shows in the billing that the data block is still on her line?

Did u add the data block on self serve?
Can u check self serve to see if the add-on is there?

As soon as you remove it then data should work immediately from my understanding so check self serve and see if it has indeed been removed from the line on the account and if it hasn't then you can remove it there.
