I am trying to upgrade my data plan due to needing it more often for work now, however when I sign in and go to where I need to choose change my rate plan it will not load any new plans for me. I’ve tried refreshing the page, signing in on a different device and trying and nothing seems to be working

If you tried with different devices and browser and still not working, then it here might be something wrong/ glitch with your account.
Set up a call back through chat ask them to change it for you. Make sure you tell them you tried it through self serve, but it didn't work. So they don't charge you for plan change.
