chat does not recognize me wanting to cancel service

Everything I sign on and go to chat I type in cancel or cancel plan or terminate plan. Chat just keeps responding it does not recognize what I am saying!

@Java05 after you logged in and received your account summary, you were asked to make a selection or hit ‘No thanks’ in order to ask a different question. Once you hit no thanks, you should be able to ask any other question you’d like.
