Changing user information

When a user comes with an unlocked phone perhaps you could give the option of updating name information on the self serve. My name was accidentally put on both my phone AND my husband's phone.  It was not possible for us to do the change online and it took a few lengthy phone calls to get it changed.

Thanks Victoria. Revamping Self Serve is a huge overhall, so we can't promise a quick fix on this. That said, you make a valid point. We'll look into this today.
