Changing to Canada Wide Plan


I just removed one of my add-ons and tried to also change my plan from Talk and Text to Canada wide plan and each time I submit the request I keep getting a message" Information is not valid'. I believe the add-on has been removed, but cannot change my plan

I'd say call customer service and let them know that self serve won't let you make the change. They should be able to change the plan and waive the service charge for you, since you did attempt to change it yourself.
