changing plans


I am trying to change my plan to the $55 with 1GB + bonus 2GB we were in the store adn told they can't do it there has to be online I can get to change my plan and pick the one I want but  nothing is happening.....little circle going round and round for over an hour. is something wrong with your system?

Hi jelena, are you getting any specific error message? Have you tried clearing your cache?

Try doing it from another browser like Firefox or Chrome or edge browser. If that doesn't work. Send Koodo a Facebook msg in the morning letting them know what's going on. They will verify your identity and assist you with the plan change.
this is happening to me as well and it won't let me change my plan

Try a different browser, clear your browsers cache and cookies and try again. If that doesn't work than message Koodo via Facebook PM.
