changing name on phone

Right now I have a cell phone and a koodo home phone.

Both are in my name and the accounts are linked.

I would like to change the koodo home phone to a cell phone and have my wife’s name on it.

I can’t find anything in the website about this.

I would like to keep the payment and phone number and everything the same just have her name show up on the call display when she calls someone.

Is that possible?

Try to search koodo for ‘Transfer of ownership’ which may help you separate the two linked accounts (for a fee of To Be Conformed $10)

I don’t want to change ownership just the name on the call display.

I currently have two phones with the same name but I want to change one to my wifes name.

As far as I know, only landlines and Rogers + subsidiaries offer call display that shows the name of the caller. Koodo doesn’t offer this (yet) so the only time a name shows up if the receiver has your wife’s name in their phone book. Before you go through all the hassle of splitting off her line, I would definitely verify if that isn’t the case!
