Changing my plan

I’m trying to change my phone plan but it won’t allow me for any tier I’ve paid off my phone and everytime I try to change my plan it wants me to add a line or a new phone

How are you going about changing your plan?

You want to login, click manage rate plan and add-ons, change plan, then choose the plan you want.
