changing mailing address probs.


i cant access my mailing address change it always says im not authorize to change my info how can i change it without calling a sales rep because i know there's a fee for that.

By calling customer service and saying 'the website won't let me change my address, it says I'm not authorized. Can you please help me?'

I would say is for the role you have on the Self Service account... Are you the account holder?
i change it already through a sales rep... and they charge me $10 for that ...just what i've thought... they dont let me change it online so i'll be forced to change it by phone and charge me... as easy as that.! In terms of coverage koodo is ok but in customer service NO.. just NO. They dont really care at all. yes Im the account owner and they want me to wait for the billing cycle because im a new customer hello i moved to my new address already so whats the sense of it.

Hi Cy, it seems that your Self Serve account is not set up properly. Give us a call and we'll help you with this. We never charge for assistance and the $10 fee only applies if the customer can modify his account online but doesn't want to. Your situation is different though as you're experiencing issues with Self Serve. Log into self serve > Scroll down , then Change address
