Changing add-ons and plans with Self-Serve


Hi. I'd like to change my phone plan but sadly, just altered it a minute ago-- I hadn't realized what other options were out there until after I'd hit submit and my sister called and told me about her Koodo plan. Is there any way I can just change my plan to be the same as hers? I haven't yet benefited from or used any part of the plan that I just switched to (actually I didn't switch plans, just added one add-on).

Give Koodo a call at 1-866-995-6636 option 5 and tell them the situation. The rep should be able to change the plan at no charge since you JUST changed it. As long as the plan you are after is still available, it should not be a problem.
hello let em tell you that you are only able to change your plna on ss once per billiing cycle this is to prevent double prorated charges

In some rare exceptions, customer service will change it once more.
