Changes to Koodo Community?

Userlevel 5
Why do all the support links within the new Koodo website direct people to community.koodomobile.com/koodo instead of https://c.getsatisfaction.com/koodo ? Which one are Koodo customers supposed to use? Does it matter? Is there a reason for the additional URL? Enquiring minds want to know!

It doesn't matter, one is within the Koodo site and the either is directly from the host, Get Satisfaction, its more of a theme/performance difference in my opinion. I prefer the koodo link better, performance is better and theme looks less cheesy.

It really doesn't matter but https://c.getsatisfaction.com/koodo is supposed to be the newest/the one GetSatisifaction wants you to use. community.koodomobile.com/koodo may stop working after a while. You can like 'sub-comments' with the https://c.getsatisfaction.com/koodo link

Thanks guys. I like "community" better except that it displays "frequently asked" questions (usually months old and often about expired issues) instead of recent questions. I'm assuming Koodo won't allow the link to Community to stop working since it is the chief customer support provided (by crowd-sourcing and some dedicated voluntary MMs!).

I also prefer "community" because it sends me email updates for topics I follow. Not sure how to do that through GS.

I've only recently started to use the get satisfaction version, I find it looks cleaner and is easier to use when you get the hang of it. Only thing I don't like is that all my email notifications for post direct me to the "community" version....
