changes in my plan


Why can't I access my "actual" account information? I have spent all day first of all trying to get into this web site and now I can't access my account information. I want to change my plan to the $20.00 a month Canada talk and text plan and all your links keep bringing me back to the same screen asking for the same information and never going anywhere I need. When I go to self serve it takes me to "Link another account" , when I go to "my account" it takes me to "Link another accoutn" etc...What is the point of your "self serve" service?

Your login has been setup as an account manager instead of the account owner. You'll need to call customer service to fix it.
