change of address not working


I’m trying to change my address to get a proper proof of address from my bill however whenever o update my address it says “success” and then goes right back to my old address. I’ve tried this multiple times

Yes my address shows up. I type it in the bar on self serve, click submit. It says my address has been changed but it doesn’t change
