My billing cycle has ended but it still won't let me change my number. I've been waiting for over a month now to change it. Is there a number I can call to change it?

You can contact Koodo through Facebook or Twitter private messenger to change your number… that is probably the easiest way.

Is there a reason you need to change your number? If it’s about spam calls, Koodo has a new anti spam feature that you can activate for free… just a heads up :)
