Change MY Plan


I am a monthly customer and I want to chnage my plan. Every time I click "Change my Plan" I get an error message. Please advise how I can look at my options and make a change. I am currently on the 1GB shock free plan and have a Samsung Galaxy S3

Hi Brian, have you been able to change your plan yet? If not have you been able to make changes on your account through self serve previously?
Nope, just tried multiple times again, no luck. I am sure I have used this method before and it looks like, from similar posts, that I'm not the only one.
